1. Scope of Services: Tech Solutions London provides app development services to clients. The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing in a development contract. Any additional services requested by the client outside of the scope of the development contract will be subject to additional fees.
 

2. Duration of the Contract: The development contract will be in effect for the duration of the project, as agreed upon by Tech Solutions London and the client. The contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice.
 

3. Fees and Payment: The fees for app development services will be agreed upon in writing in a development contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remainder of the fees will be due upon completion of the app. Payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of the final invoice. In the event that payment is not received within 30 days, Tech Solutions London reserves the right to suspend work until payment is received.
 

4. Refund Policy: Once the app or website development has been delivered, the client shall have no right to request a refund for the delivered service, as the payment for the development services shall be considered as payment for the time and expertise expended by Tech Solutions London in completing the project. However, the client may request modifications to the delivered service as mutually agreed upon in the development contract, subject to the availability of Tech Solutions London's resources and the applicable fees for such modifications.

5. Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights to the app will be owned by the client upon payment in full of all fees. The client may use the app for any lawful purpose, subject to any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Confidentiality: Tech Solutions London will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details.

7. Termination: The development contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice. In the event of termination, Tech Solutions London will refund any unearned fees to the client.

8. Disclaimer: Tech Solutions London makes no warranties or representations regarding the performance or functionality of the app. The client is responsible for ensuring that the app meets their needs and requirements.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the state of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
